Return Policy

At lazhar., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every piece is made to order — printed individually when you order it. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return period

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering — our tees have an oversized, boxy fit.

2. How to return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact.lazharparis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and sent via a traceable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, contact us at contact.lazharparis@gmail.com within 14 days with photos — replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
